A more thoughtful way forward / In development

Life doesn't come with a map.
We're building one.

The little things. The big things. The things you meant to do three weeks ago. Waydence is being designed to help you remember what matters, find your next step, and move at your own pace.

Early-stage project. No account signup or connected inboxes on this website.

Everything here is fictional example content.
Less mental clutter. More room for living.

You shouldn't have to hold your whole life in your head.

Important emails in one inbox. A bill in another. A birthday you meant to plan. That project you keep meaning to finish.

Most tools organize one piece of life. We're imagining something that helps connect the pieces—and gives you a clear, kind nudge when something needs your attention.

Not a productivity contest. A better way to find your footing.

Everything that matters.
In one clearer picture.

From the things that must get done to the people and goals you don't want to lose sight of.

MAIL & ACTIONS

Important, not just unread.

Bring scattered inboxes into focus and turn meaningful messages into next steps.

TIME & DEADLINES

Know what's coming.

Plan ahead, recognize approaching dates, and keep unfinished obligations visible.

PEOPLE & RELATIONSHIPS

Remember your people.

Birthdays, thoughtful check-ins, and plans that keep your relationships present.

LIFE ADMIN

The grown-up stuff, handled.

Bills, paperwork, registrations, renewals, and other responsibilities with room to breathe.

GOALS & PROJECTS

Get unstuck gently.

Pick up where you left off and make progress through manageable, realistic steps.

These are planned product capabilities. The current local demo does not yet connect live mail, calendar, or financial accounts.

The right kind of help, at the right time.

Not everything needs the same level of urgency. Waydence is being designed to recognize when something needs action, when a gentle reminder helps, and when you simply need a smaller starting point.

Clear when it mattersMeaningful deadlines should be visible, not buried.
Gentle when it doesn'tChecking in with a friend shouldn't feel like an unpaid bill.
Helpful when you're stuckBreak the hard thing into a next doable thing.

You don't have to solve everything today.
Action required

A renewal deadline is approaching. Let's check its status.

Important
One small step

Spend 10 minutes locating the photos you meant to edit.

A gentle reminder

You mentioned wanting to call a friend. Want to make a plan?

Your priorities. Your pace. Your call.

From “I should” to “I did.”

An easier rhythm for getting things out of your head—and into motion.

01

Capture it

An email, a stray thought, a commitment you just remembered.

02

Find the priority

Sort urgency from noise and see what deserves attention.

03

Take one step

Break the overwhelming thing into something doable.

04

Keep your rhythm

Bring unfinished responsibilities back into view when needed.

For real life.
Not an idealized one.

Some days are full of momentum. Others aren't. A good assistant should make room for both.

Encouragement over judgmentNo shame-based streaks. No guilt trips for being human.
Privacy by designWe intend for sensitive connections to be optional, permission-based, and clearly explained.
Built for different kinds of mindsA flexible experience that respects attention, energy, and individual needs.

A big idea, built carefully.

We're in the early stages. Here's what exists, what's underway, and where we want to go.

The goal isn't to do more.
It's to feel less lost.

Back to the beginning

A few things worth knowing.

Can I sign up and use Waydence today?

Not yet. We're developing and testing the experience. The current prototype is a local, sample-data demonstration, not a publicly available connected product. This website is a preview of the direction we're taking.

Will Waydence connect to my email and calendar?

That's part of the plan. Live Gmail, Outlook, and other supported account connections will require specific permissions, security controls, and testing before they're offered.

Is this only for people with ADHD?

No. The design is informed by real challenges with organization, attention, time, and follow-through, but it's intended to be useful for anyone who wants a clearer way to manage life. Waydence is not a medical or mental-health treatment.

What about privacy and personal information?

This website doesn't currently ask for accounts, passwords, financial information, or personal data through forms. Our product goal is to make future integrations opt-in and understandable, with clear controls over sensitive information. Read our website privacy note.

Will there be an iPhone app?

We're designing with mobile use in mind. Secure mobile access and notifications are future milestones, not live features today.
